Interior Designer

Working with our Design team, you will collaborate with Marketing, Development and executive teams to execute and support on a variety of project initiatives. With involvement in some of the company’s most prominent developments. The role seeks a designer with a passion for detail and an exceptional eye for design to handle various projects from concept to completion. Join our established design team to help support and create beauty in all forms and in the broadest definition.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant interior design experience with a strong understanding of design and construction process.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is a must.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and associated rendering plug-ins.
  • Produce and manage projects, schedules and budget on small to mid scale projects independently.
  • Work with senior design manager on larger projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/ tasks at a time and armed with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to produce a complete set of construction drawings.

Property Manager

A Property Manager is responsible for the upkeep of properties. Their job includes meeting with new clients to collect all of their documentation and payments. A Property Manager is also responsible for paying property bills and fees, answering clients’ questions, arranging property maintenance, and resolving any issues that might arise.  It’s their job to manage and oversee most things related to their properties.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a strong understanding of work ethics and management.
  • Strong communication and excellent listening skills to deal with tenants, property owners, and any maintenance staff
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of finance and marketing
  • Customer service skills and ability to delegate tasks effectively
  • Strong work ethic and teamwork
  • Time-management abilities
  • Knowledge of office software, like spreadsheet and word processing programs

Account Executive

We looking for a competent Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and customer service as well. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach.

Your overarching goal would be to identify opportunities with prospects and build them into long-term profitable relationships.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and budgeting and expenditure controls, including knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and methodologies.
  • Experience developing and implementing financial management practices to assure the security and proper use of funds, through grant accountability, contract management, budgeting activity and comptrollership.
  • Experience working with financial statements and proven ability to interpret financial statements including balance sheets, income statements and the sources of fund statements.
  • Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review complex financial information and develop various options and a recommendation for executive managers.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills including the ability to deliver and present financial information to both financial and non-financial audiences.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial and nonfinancial information in writing to a variety of audiences
  • Supervisory experience including planning, organizing, directing and managing the performance of a variety of staff at various levels.
